Drywall and Plastering

I am having PB plumbing pipe replaced in my home. During the process, several holes are being cut in my walls approximately 2' by 2'. There may be up to about 10-12 such holes when they are finished. At least 3-4 will be in the ceiling. I need someone who can patch the drywall and properly tape and mud. I have paint and will finish that myself. This should take no more than 2-4 hours for a professional. I will supply the drywall squares. Please tell me what other materials I should have available - such as specific joint compounds you prefer, mesh tape, support pieces, etc. and I will supply. In other words, give me a shopping list assuming 10 2'x2' holes. Or, you may supply materials of your choice. Show me receipts and I will reimburse for materials. I expect you to have your own tools. Project should be done on Wednesday Aug. 6 after 12pm or any time Thursday Aug. 7.
