Masonry

I have a chimney that is spalling and I would like an estimate on getting it repaired (prefer reinforcing it with lathe sheets and stucco to match color). I contracted with someone to fix the chimney and purchased the lathe sheets but that contractor has not responded to inquiries to set a date for repair. It is not the entire chimney, only about 5 feet above the roof line that is exposed to weather. Thank you
