In upstairs room, install ceiling fan electrical box with switched power, ground, and always on power. The room ceiling is accessible through the unfinished attic with blown insulation. The same room has a single switched outlet, with wall mounted switch near door. Want the switch near door replaced with double switch panel, one will stay with outlet, one for ceiling fixture. I can put up either a light or fan myself, later, just want the wiring and switches installed by handyman. Also, fix access hatch (drywall, trim, paint) to attic which was ripped up when HVAC contractor installed a new furnace and AC unit in attic.
