Siding/Residing

There is a small area of siding (roughly 2 feet by 2 feet) of siding on the second floor of our condo that has been damaged. I'm not entirely sure what happened but it looks like some sort of chemical corroded through the paint. I'd be interested in having someone come out and either repair the damage in-place or replace the damaged boards. Please note that we can be flexible on the budget, the amount listed was just a ballpark guess.
