Why am I being served up a list of contractors from all over the USA when I clearly live in Oregon??

I posted a genuine need as succinctly as possible. My Zip Code clearly shows I live in Oregon? I was told there doesn't seem to be anyone in Oregon that can fulfill my request. Instead I am served up contractor names from places like Texas, Louisiana, etc. That is counter productive for me. Please help me understand why!
